updating itself outside of the App Store review process. 使用自己的自动更新功能，这样是不被允许上架的， apple 有自己的更新机制在App Store

你这个程序里面不能含有更新新版本的功能，这个APP Store是不会审核过的，APP Store 有自己的自己的更新方式。
