ionic总是安装失败，烦请高手指点。

最近几天安装ionic总是失败，用了很多方法，包括增加cnpmjs的代理，都是报类似下面的问题。烦请高手指点，如何才能安装成功！

我用的是node v4.2.1， covdia安装成功是5.4.0版本

使用cnpmjs.org的话会说找不到inoic，这是为什么呢？

这个也不行，问题依旧是“proxy”

又想了个招，找了一个http和一个https的代理，已安装，就报下面的问题，我把这两个代理配置到internet选项中，用ie都能把fetch失败的tgz文件下载，为什么npm就fetch不上，真奇怪。有没有大牛给指点一二啊
